Marcel Peragine (born 20th century in New York City) is an American film editor and musician who is based in Hamburg Germany.

Peragine received a Bachelor of Arts in Arts and Education from Brooklyn College, followed by a degree in Screenwriting from Samson Raphaelson at Columbia University. He also completed his Master of Science in Communications and Broadcasting at Brooklny College.

In the early 1990s, he moved to Europe, where he worked in Hamburg, Berlin, Munich and Zurich before ultimately settling in Hamburg. Here he founded Sky editorial Film & TV Postproduction GmbH together with Uwe Bendixen and became a freelance film editor. Since 1993, he has mainly worked as an editor for fictional film for television and cinema.

He has also worked as a music editor and co-editor on films such as Die Mediocren (1995), Sonnenallee (1999). With his music project Eastern Rain [1], he also contributed to film music, such as the feature film Arthur & Claire (2017).
