According to a note on the back (likely handwritten by Constantin), it is dated to 15 March 1935. At the bottom left corner of the print, there is an embossed logo by Kleinberger photo studio, Cernăuți.
Română: Dr. Constantin D. Tușinschi / Dr. Constantin Ritter von Tuschinski: Avocat al Statului, avocat și autor în Cernăuți. Conform unei note de pe verso (probabil scrisă de mână de Constantin), ea este datată 15 martie 1935. În partea de jos a tiparului este imprimat în relief logo-ul studioului foto Kleinberger, Cernăuți.
Deutsch: Dr. Constantin D. Tușinschi / Dr. Constantin Ritter von Tuschinski: Staatsanwalt, Anwalt und Autor in Czernowitz/Cernăuți. The photo was published on 15 July 1936 in "Pagini Juridice", Anul V., No. 1, without any information/credit about the photographer. To my knowledge, no information of authorship was published in the 70 years after publication. The scanned specimen is an actual photographic print found in the family archive which features an embossed stamp of "Kleinberger Cernăuți" photo studio where, presumably, the photo was taken. I am the grandson of Constantin D Tușinschi /Constantin Ritter von Tuschinski.
