English: Prof. Dr. Constantin Isopescu-Grecul / Konstantin Ritter von Isopescul-Grecul in 1933. He is wearing the rector's collar of Cernăuți University, where he is was rector from 1930-1933. In addition, he wears the Grand Cross of the Order of the Crown of Romania, awarded in 1933, which sets the photograph's date to that year. More medals he is wearing in the photo: Order of the Crown of Romania - Grand Officer; Order of Ferdinand I - Grand Officer; Order of Pope Pius IX - Commander.
Deutsch: Prof. Dr. Constantin Isopescu-Grecul / Konstantin Ritter von Isopescul-Grecul, 1933. Er trägt die Amtskette des Rektors der Universität Czernowitz, wo er 1930-33 das Rektorat innehatte. Zusätzlich trägt er das Großkreuz des Ordens der Krone von Rumäninen, verliehen 1933. Damit ist das Jahr 1933 für die Aufnahme mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit gesichert. The photo was published in Pagini Juridice in an obituary for Constantin Isopescu-Grecul, my great-gradndfather Demeter Ritter von Tuschinski was the publisher and founder of the journal. I scanned the picture and adjusted the scan digitally. The photographer is anonymous. I can provide a higher resolution digital copy upon request.
