I changed the file Spanische_Fussballnationalmannschaft_Logo.svg because in November 2009, after a redesign, the RFEF decided to change the number in the shirt badge from 1913 to 1909 for the World Cup shirt (and also the new current shirt) so they could celebrate the 100th Anniversary of RFEF that month with a friendly match against Argentina. This could be done because it's not clear what the year of foundation was, as you can see on here (Notes 1 & 2):

Also, after the victory on World Cup, a golden star was added to the top of the emblem (as well as Brazil, Germany, Argentina...), see:

I also change some colours (red, blue...) of that version to make it more similar to the real one, since there's no official picture from the RFEF...
