Rezept Teig
BearbeitenTeig fuer ein kleines Haus, 15cm hoch.
- Im Topf erwaermen bis Zucker geloest
- 500kg Sirup oder Honig
- 125g Zucker
- 1000kg Mehl
- 2 Eier
- 100g geriebene Mandlen
- 200g Butter
- 1/2 Stange Vanille oder Vanille Aroma
- Pfefferkuchengewuerze
- Pomeranze
- Zitrone
- Zimt
- Nelken
- Sternanis
- Ingwer
- Muskat
- Cardamon
- 1 Backpulver alternativ 15g Pottasche, 5g Hirschhornsalz,
- 100ml Rosenwasser/Wasser
Bei 180 Grad Celsius 15 Minuten backen.
