Joe Machine

Wikipedia:Löschkandidaten/18. Juli 2008#Joe Machine

I marked the edit as vandalism because I was surprised that the deletion notice had been placed, and after 40 minutes had still not appeared on Wikipedia:Löschkandidaten, also the user's first edit. It did not appear there for nearly another 6 hours. There was also the bad faith of "Wohl (Eigen-)Werbung" without any evidence. There is a link on my user page to my account on en.wikipedia, where I have made over 25,000 edits to over 6,000 articles. A reverse link is now here. I apologise if I misinterpreted the action of this anonymous editor. In 1999, Joe Machine, was one of the 13 founder members of the Stuckismus group, which in ten years has become an international movement of 178 groups in 14 countries. He was one of the selected 14 artists in The Stuckists Punk Victorian, which was a definitive major five-month show of the movement at a national museum, the Walker Art Gallery in Liverpool. At another significant show Go West in London in 2006, he was one of only ten artists chosen. He is included in "The Dictionary of Artists in Britain Since 1945", a definitive reference work. He has therefore established a place in the records of art history and an article on him is valid to increase the scope of wikipedia and to benefit readers.

There is no way of telling. Maybe you should get a user name if you want to avoid being seen as a new editor. Tyrenius 04:10, 19. Jul. 2008 (CEST)Beantworten
