Arve oder Arvo, in Finnland oder in Sowjet Union

Der Vorname und Geburtsort sind falsch, ich glaube. The name Arve is not a Finnish name, but Arvo is a very common male name mainly in 1930-1950's. This name is also used in the Finnish Wiki.

And the place of birth: Arvo is born in Karelia, at a place which was Finnish and Finnish spoken territory from 1812 to 1944. So Arvo's place of birth should be Sakkola, a Finnish name for the place called Gromovo from 1948 in Sovjet Union, later Russland.
