Diskussion:Asmodeus (Band)

Es gibt zwei Band mit dem Namen "Asmodeus": die im Artikel beschriebene österreichische Metal-Band und eine niederländische Psychobilly-Band (www.asmodeus.nl). Ich habe versucht, das in der Einleitung des Artikels herauszustellen, leider wurde meine Änderung wieder rückgängig gemacht. Meiner Meinung nach wäre es gut, wenn es einen Hinweis darauf gäbe, dass hier zwei Bands denselben Namen tragen. Immerhin kenne ich die niederländische Band aus dem Radio, die österreichische Band überhaupt nicht. Andere Artikel beginnen auch mit "x ist a und b. Dieser Artikel behandelt a.", warum darf das bei den Bands "Asmodeus" nicht so sein? Und wenn es nicht sein darf: Wie kann man also zwei Artikel zu Bands mit demselben Namen anlegen? "Asmodeus_(Band_aus_Österreich)" oder wie? Danke.

It is chordable. A chordable scale is a musical scale which has chords. All classical scales are chordable, but not all non-classical (some Greek buzuki scales are perfect for solos, but nonchordable/unchordable; if you play many notes in tandem on the scale the result is junk (on some nonchordable nonclassical scales). For nonclassical musical scales it is very important to mention if they are chordable or not! For example in nonchordable scales, usually the rhythm instrument uses classical chords of different scales. The Mystic Arabian nonclassical tonal scale [with its three variants] (it's not atonal, it simply has nonclassical combination of intervals) is chordable. This means you have to play chords on scale. One way to do that is to play a classical chord, but then shift backwards or forwards only the notes that don't exist. This scale has only 6 notes. It's easier to tune your guitar differently, even select different nonstandard strings. If you have a standard guitar, you still can play anything, but a bit harder (many people then play simpler chords).

It is chordable. You can play chords using only its notes. It doesn't sound junk.

Asmodeus try very hard to promote dark nonclassical ways of composition; Wikipedia is biased because classical and common scales are well recorded; but educated nonclassical musicians who conscientiously work hard, are rejected or not mentioned
