"Priesterweihe Ende der 1980er" ???

Sorry for writing in English, my active German is not good/precise enough.

I am confident that the Paraguayan source is wrong regarding the chronology and that Urrutigoity was expelled from La Reja before being ordained priest. Multiple sources in English (among others https://www.commonwealmagazine.org/blog/curious-case-carlos-urrutigoity-iv) tell a different story. Commonweal Magazine is a left-leaning catholic magazine from the US, comparable to Golias in France.

In my understanding, Urrutigoity was thrown out of La Reja by then director Father Morello (who joined a sedevacantist group and was ordained bishop after being expelled from SSPX/Piusbruderschaft in July 89) for sexually molesting other seminarians. But he was welcomed in Winona, USA, where he was ordained by Bp Richard Williamson. According to the recent Pennsylvania Grand Jury report (www.bishop-accountability.org/PA_40th_GJ/2018_08_14_Interim_Redacted_PA_GJ_Report.pdf), he was ordained on 22nd July 1991.

The second thing on which I have some doubts is whether Urrutigoity actually payed a *personal* compensation of USD 300K to his young US victim (on top of the 450K payed by the Scranton diocese) but I'm not certain here.
