Im Einleitenden Artikel wird im 3. Absatz festgestellt "Obwohl die Spezifikation vom W3C abgelehnt wurde"
Meine Frage ist - wie kommt der Autor zu dieser Behauptung? Ich habe zumindest hier (als Weblink im Artikel verlinkt) nur folgendes gefunden (abgerufen am 06.07.2015): This document is a NOTE made available by the W3C for discussion only. Der NOTE Prozess des W3C ist klar dokumentiert (siehe hier). Aus der Dokumentation geht hervor dass sich um eine kommentarlose Veröffentlichung eines 3rd party Papiers handelt. Der Zusatz "encouraged to share your views on the [...] mailing list" verdeutlicht dass die Veröffentlichung das Ziel hat eine verbreitete Diskussion darüber zu führen.
Ich habe mir erlaubt den Passus des Artikels entsprechend abzuändern.
