The manuscript of his D minor first symphony is dated 1930 @ the Fleisher Collection (they also have mss of the 2nd symphony and the 3rd, and of one of the violin concertos.) Where if anywhere are the string quartet ms located? (The score and parts of the string quartet serenade are at the Austrian National Library, the cello sonata and the string trio are in a few places, etc. It does seem that a work for string quartet by him was played by the Lavant quartet in late 2012 along with works by Viktor Ullmann and Egon Wellesz (maybe the serenade, though.)
