Geburtsdatum seiner Vater

I have a genealogy of Richard Walther Darré (his great-grandson) published in 1935 in which the date and place of birth of his father Johann Georg or Johannes is given as Geislingen, 5.2.1724, which differs from the 1735 date given in this article. I have no idea which is correct, but the 5.2.1724 date seems very precise. Details of his mother, Juliane Margerethe Kauffmann, agree between the two sources.
