Inaccuracies

There is inaccurate and misleading information relating to the origins of Obeah. It has nothing to do with Haiti. Nor is it anything to do with the European construct of 'black magic'. It is also not a cult and such language should not be used in its description.

Furthermore Obeahmen are not cult leaders although often sought for advice and may be respected or feared by those who believe.
