The Moon, and the Condition and Configurations of Its Surface ist ein Kartenwerk der erdzugewandten Seite des Erdmondes. Sie wurde von Edmund Neison im Jahre 1876 herausgegeben.[1] Es besteht aus 22 Karten. Neison nennt 513 Namen, von denen er nach eigenen Angaben 427 von Wilhelm Beer und Johann Heinrich von Mädler übernommen hat.[2]
