Tool of the week

• User:Teester/EntityShape.js - a userscript that adds an input box to a Wikidata page wherein you can enter an EntitySchema (such as E10). When you click "Check", checks whether each statement and property conforms to the schema. It then displays a summary at the top of the Item for each property indicating whether they conform or not. It also adds a badge to each statement and each property on the page indicating whether they conform or not.

Termin: WikiGrillen ab 17 Uhr bei Neitram in Augsburg-Kriegshaber. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist die Linie 2 Heimgarten, der nächste Bahnhof ist der Bahnhof Augsburg-Oberhausen.

Hallo Ordercrazy!

Wir laden Dich herzlich zu unserem 78. Stammtisch ein. Diesmal ist wieder ein gemütliches WikiGrillen geplant. Wir treffen uns um 17 Uhr bei Neitram.

Bitte bringe Dein Grillgut und sonstige Beilagen selbst mit. Ein paar Möglichkeiten findest Du auf dem Bild, aber auch Brot, Dips, Aufstriche und Salate sind möglich. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn Du auch etwas zum allgemeinen Büfett beitragen könntest (z.B. Salat, Vorspeise, Dessert), damit unser Grillfest noch abwechslungsreicher wird. Vor allem Getränke und ggf. auch weiteres besorgt Neitram gerne vorab. Trage entsprechende Wünsche bitte in die dafür vorgesehene Liste auf WP:Augsburg ein.

Wenn auch Du dabei sein möchtest, melde Dich bitte auf WP:Augsburg an, damit wir besser planen können. Gerne kannst Du bei der Anmeldung auch Diskussionswünsche dazuschreiben, die wir dann bereden können.

Das MAK ist ist das zweitälteste Museum für angewandte Kunst weltweit, die Sammlung reicht vom Mittelalter bis zur Gegenwart.

Wikipedianische KulTour: Mauthausen Memorial

Das KZ Mauthausen war das größte Konzentrationslager der Nationalsozialisten auf dem Gebiet Österreichs. Auf dem Gelände des ehemaligen Konzentrationslagers wurde ab 1947 eine Mahn- und Gedenkstätte der Republik Österreich geschaffen, diese wurde 1949 eröffnet und seit dem stetig weiterentwickelt.

Wir besuchen die Gedenkstätte Mauthausen im Zuge eines zweistündigen geführten Rundganges, Beginn um 14:15. Danach gibt es die Möglichkeit, die Ausstellung sowie den Raum der Namen zu besuchen.

• Relationships between two Wikidata items a new tool hosted on Observable which looks at all statements involving a pair of Wikidata items.
• User:Magnus Manske/ac2wd.js - This script adds an "AC2WD" link in the tools sidebar. When you click on it, it uses the AC2WD tool to check the item for certain Authority Control IDs (eg VIAF). It then checks these AC datasets for statements (and more AC IDs). It will then add any new information it found as new statements, or add more references to existing statements where possible. A green checkmark will be appended to the link if data was added (reload the page to see), otherwise a "—" if no new data was available.

Herzliche Einladung zum GLAM-Treffen in Berlin!

Das zehnte GLAM-Vernetzungs- und Koordinierungstreffen findet vom 6. bis 8. Dezember 2024 am Tempelhofer Ufer 23–24 in Berlin in den Räumen von Wikimedia Deutschland als hybride Veranstaltung statt.

Wir möchten anreisende Teilnehmende bitten, sich noch diese Woche - also bis 29.09. - sowohl auf der Anmeldeseite einzutragen als auch über das Förderportal von Wikimedia Deutschland unter foerderung.wikimedia.de zeitgleich das Formular auszufüllen, denn die Unterkunft muss frühzeitig gebucht werden!
