Antis lernte zuerst Klavier und spielte ab 1953 Schlagzeug in Südafrika. 1961 kam er nach England. Er begleitete bekannte Sänger und war im Trio von Roger Webb (Aufnahme von Beatles Titeln 1964 John Paul and All That Jazz). Nach Tom Lord´s Diskographie seine einzige Aufnahme, also möglicherweise an der Grenze der Relevanz. Er tourte mit Johnny Ray.--Claude J (Diskussion) 16:42, 13. Jul. 2013 (CEST)
- John Salmon (Jazzmusiker), geboren 28. November 1929 in Middletown, Ohio, eigentlich Thomas Salmon. Trompeter, Bebop. Salmon spielte 1946 in den Bands von Bob Alexander und Gene Williams und 1947/48 bei Gene Krupa, mit dem er tourte. Danach war er Studiomusiker in New York City und zog in den 1960er Jahren nach Florida, wo er in Miami und Orlando (Florida) in Clubs auftrat und in der Jackie Gleason Show spielte. Kein Eintrag bei Tom Lord (nur der Pianist John Salmon). Kein Eintrag in From Swing to Bop von Gitler oder in Owens Bebop (also Bebop Geschichte).
